Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all seven Emirates of United Arab Emirates, except non-serviceable area listed in the schedule of non-serviceable area below in this page.

Also, we have limited delivery service to some areas. Refer to the schedule of limited delivery services below in this page.

We have rights to cancel the orders from the non-serviceable area and limited delivery service area listed below.

 If your location is outside our delivery zone, please check back as we are continually expanding our services.

Delivery Timeframes

• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day, subject to product availability.
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12:00PM will be delivered the next business day.
• Scheduled Delivery: You may schedule your prepared delivery time while our delivery team contact to you for delivery confirmation.

Delivery timeframes may vary based on your location and the availability of products.

Shipping Fees

• Standard Delivery: Free delivery on orders over AED 150/- (Arab Emirate Dirham one hundred and fifty), otherwise the delivery fee of AED 15/- (Arab Emirate Dirham Fifteen only). will be charged while your shopping checkout.
• Express Delivery: For a faster delivery option, there is an additional charge of AED 25/- (Arab Emirate Dirham twenty-five only).
• Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and delivery options.

Order Minimums

There is a no minimum order amount for delivery services.

Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, our team will carefully pack and prepare your products for delivery.

The delivery will be given by our in-house delivery team or the third-party delivery services depends upon the availability.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification via email, WhatsApp and phone call with an estimated delivery time.

Contactless Delivery

For your safety and convenience, we offer contactless delivery. Our delivery team will leave your groceries at your doorstep and notify you once they have been delivered.

Delivery Issues

• Missed Delivery: If you are not available at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to contact you. If delivery cannot be completed, you may reschedule for a later time or date, subject to an additional delivery fee.
• Damaged or Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are damaged or missing, notify us immediately at soundarymarket.orders@gmail.com or Mobile number +971 525 567511, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products, such as perishable goods may have specific delivery guidelines. We do not ship certain items outside of our delivery zones or internationally.

Refunds and Returns

If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect or damaged items, please contact our customer service team within 2 hours of delivery for assistance. Please note that perishable items cannot be returned.
